Covid safety

The Big Design Trade will be taking steps to ensure the health and safety of all exhibitors and attendees to the event and will be implementing a COVID safe plan in line with government restrictions.

HAND SANITISER

Hand sanitiser will be available at all entry and exit points of the event.

SIGNAGE

Signage directing foot traffic and Covid Safe protocols will be displayed at the entrance and key areas throughout the event.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

All exhibitors and attendees will be encouraged to maintain social distancing. The Organiser will be monitoring capacity levels to ensure social distancing measures can be met.

TRACKING AND TRACING

All exhibitors and attendees will be tracked and traced via the official Vic Gov QR Tracing system. All attendees and exhibitors will be scanned upon arrival.

COMMUNICATION

Regular announcements will be made over the PA system reminding people of social distancing, hygiene and any COVID matters.

CLEANING

Regular cleaning of communal facilities and high touch surfaces.
