Can I attend the event multiple times in a day or on more than one day?
Yes, once you have registered you can enter and exit the event as many times as you wish across the three days.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Upon completing the registration form you will be emailed both a mobile and printable paper ticket. You can either print your ticket or we can scan your mobile ticket from your phone when you enter the show.
Can I register my colleagues on their behalf?
Yes, you can register up to 10 attendees per application. All attendees must belong to the same business with the same ABN. You will be able to forward them a registration confirmation.
What identification do I need to show to prove my professional credentials?
We require all attendees to have an active ABN, we also suggest bringing a business card.
Does the name on my ticket or registration have to match the person who attends?
Yes, the registration must match the person attending. It is free to attend. If you register and no longer plan to attend it is not essential to cancel your registration.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can log in and update your information at any time up until the event.
Can I make direct purchases at the event?
No, exhibitors will only be taking wholesale orders at the event.
Can I bring my children?
This is an industry only event therefore we request children do not attend.

What are my transport options to and from The Big Design Trade?
There are multiple transport options to and from the event including our free shuttle bus that will run between Meat Market and The Royal Exhibition Building every 30 minutes from 10:30am, outside Meat Market. For detailed transport options visit the visitor information page on our website.

Yes, Meat Market is wheelchair accessible and on the ground floor.
