SUB-LEASING

Stand space cannot be sub-leased to third parties. Only branding for the exhibitor accepted and product lines approved by The Big Design Group prior to the event may be displayed. The Big Design Group has the right to revoke stand space if exhibitors do not comply.

STALL BOUNDARY AND DISPLAY LIMITATIONS

Product and displays must not exceed 2.4mH along backing walls and 1.5mH along the sides of stands. Any side displays must be finished in a flat white paint on the side facing into your neighbouring stall. If any exhibitor exceeds the height limitations they will be required to remove or resize the oversized items to fit the correct specifications before being permitted to exhibit. Exhibitors who fail to comply will not be permitted to exhibit and will not receive a refund.

Exhibitors must not trade outside their stand boundary; this includes placing additional furniture, displays or products outside your stand footprint as well as staff standing in the aisles. Exhibitors who fail to comply will not be permitted to trade and will not receive a refund.

Displays must allow access for staff to enter and exit via the front side of their stand.

Side access is not guaranteed, for example you may be located within a row of stands with neighbours either side of you.

TRADING HOURS

Exhibitors must present their stands to a high standard and be set up and ready to trade by 9am each day.

Exhibitors must not pack up or leave before 5pm on Thursday, 5pm on Friday and 5pm on Saturday.

DAMAGES AND THEFT

The Big Design Group is not responsible for breakages, theft or damages of any products, displays, or personal belongings brought to the venue. Exhibitors will take due care to prevent injury, theft and property damage.

Fees incurred as a result of damages to exhibitor walling, or to the venue, will be passed on to the exhibitor.

COVID SAFETY

All exhibitors must comply with all directions set out by The Big Design Group in relation to running a COVID safe event. This may include, but not be limited to, being fully vaccinated and able to show proof if required, compulsory mask wearing for all exhibitors and visitors, exhibitors to supply hand sanitiser to their stand, cashless payment systems, and other policies that will be determined with the state government. All COVID safe event policies will be circulated to all exhibitors in the weeks leading up to the event and are non-negotiable.
